I enjoyed this book but not as much as I could. It felt really dragged towards the end and the fact that the characters were only looking for something from Oz because others told them they lacked it until they believed it... In overall it didn't work much for me and the movie seemed to do a pretty good job as an adaptation. It took the essence of the book and left out certain things that weren't really necessary.
